Hyonix is not a forex provider but a cheap Windows cloud host with one decisive detail: its New York site sits in Equinix NY2/NY4, the same building as the trading servers of IC Markets, BlackBull, Pepperstone and Fusion Markets. There you get a Windows VPS with licence, NVMe and a dedicated IP for $6.50 a month – a quarter of what the forex specialists charge. What stood out in practice: the server really is there within a minute of ordering, the panel is plain and does its job, and the NVMe drives make the difference with many terminals running in parallel. What is missing is comfort: no snapshots, upgrades only via ticket, and if you scalp London brokers in LD4, Hyonix in LD8 sits in the wrong part of town.

Credentials
IP, RDP port, user and password arrive by e-mail and sit in the panel at my.hyonix.com. Since July 2026 Hyonix assigns a custom RDP port instead of 3389 for new servers – append it with a colon when connecting.

Harden Windows
First login: change the password, run Windows Update, move the update window to the weekend, disable sleep. Hyonix provides no backups – keep set files and EA licences on your own machine as well.

Install MT5 and check the ping
Download MT5 straight from the broker, log in and read the latency bottom right in the status bar. For an NY4 broker from the New York server we expect single-digit milliseconds; double digits means the wrong location.

Monitor from outside

99.99% availability for network and hardware, per service. Outages caused by Hyonix infrastructure are credited automatically as service time: under 1 h = 2 days, 2–6 h = 5 days, over 24 h = 1 month. Maintenance with 24 h notice and DDoS against your server are excluded.

How much does a Hyonix VPS cost?
Nine plans from HS-1 ($6.50/mo: 1 vCore, 2 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe) to HS-9 ($192: 32 vCore, 64 GB). The Windows licence, a dedicated IP and unmetered bandwidth are included in every plan. The most-chosen plan is HS-2 at $12 (2 vCore, 4 GB, 50 GB); billed annually it is $120, i.e. $10 a month.
Is there a Hyonix coupon code?
We know of no permanent discount code, and our partner link carries none. The list prices are already the lowest in the broker-adjacent segment; the 7-day money-back guarantee on the first order effectively replaces a discount.
Is Hyonix suitable for forex and MT4/MT5?
Yes, if the location matches your broker. New York sits in Equinix NY2/NY4, the trading-server site of IC Markets, IC Trading, BlackBull, Pepperstone, Fusion Markets and Axi. For London brokers in LD4/LD5 Hyonix (LD8) is a few kilometres away (1–2 ms); Frankfurt is a non-Equinix data centre. MT4 and MT5 run as ordinary Windows programs.
How do I log in to Hyonix and where is the RDP port?
The client panel is my.hyonix.com; it holds servers, invoices, tickets and the affiliate programme. IP, user, password and RDP port are in the order e-mail and in the server view. New servers since July 2026 use an individual port instead of 3389.
Is there Linux or are there backups?
No. According to its own FAQ Hyonix offers Windows Server only, with Linux announced. Backups are not included per the terms; you are responsible for your own. For EA operation it is enough to keep set files and licences locally – a terminal installation is rebuilt in minutes.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Seven days from the order, only for a customer’s first order and only with monthly or quarterly billing via PayPal or card. Crypto and Alipay payments and annual terms are excluded. The request has to go through a ticket, not chat.
How reliable is Hyonix?
The terms guarantee 99.99% availability for network and hardware. Outages are credited automatically as service time (under one hour: 2 days, over 24 hours: one month). OS and software issues are excluded. Our four Hyonix servers have run for months without an infrastructure outage known to us; the measurable London ↔ New York path was 68 ms on 2026-09-20.
Can I run several MT5 accounts on one Hyonix VPS?
Yes. One MT5 installation per account in its own folder. We budget 300–500 MB RAM per terminal plus charts: HS-2 (4 GB) carries two to three terminals, HS-3 (8 GB) five to seven, our 15-terminal hubs run on 32 GB.
