1. Right of withdrawal for consumers (14 days)
Consumers resident in the EU have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons. The period begins on the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the withdrawal, an unambiguous statement is sufficient (e.g. by email to cryptohopper1904@gmail.com).
Important note on immediate performance: because the Live feature is a digital service provided immediately, at checkout we ask for your express consent that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, together with your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. If performance begins with your consent within the period and you subsequently withdraw, a proportionate amount may be charged for the service already provided up to withdrawal.
2. Our refund policy
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we review refund requests reasonably. Here is how it works:
- Request a refund: by email to cryptohopper1904@gmail.com or via Paddle’s receipts / customer portal.
- Eligible: requests within the statutory withdrawal period, as well as technical errors, duplicate charges or a service not provided.
- Processing: refunds are issued via Paddle to the original payment method.
- Timeframe: once approved, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. After cancellation, access to the Live feature continues until the end of the period already paid for; thereafter there is no further billing and no automatic renewal. There is no pro-rata refund for the remaining term unless legally required.
