2. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date/time, requested resource, browser/device information) to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, performant operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing may take place in the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Domain & DNS

The domain is managed via Hostinger Operations UAB; technical connection data may arise during DNS resolution.

4. Server log files

For operation and security, access data is processed in server log files (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent). This data is not used to identify individuals and is not merged with other data.

5. Cookies & tracking

AlgoVerdict currently uses no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies and embeds no web-analytics tool. Only technically necessary data is processed. Should this change, we will update this policy and obtain your consent where required.

6. Affiliate links

This website contains affiliate links to brokers, prop firms, VPS and signal providers. Clicking such a link redirects you to the respective provider, who may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policy. If a contract is concluded we may receive a commission – at no extra cost to you. We do not transmit personal data to these providers ourselves. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in funding the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in our case the Data Protection Commissioner of Brandenburg, Germany).
