What The Last Broker EA is
The Last Broker EA by Maxim Kurochkin is a trend-following EA on XAUUSD (MT5), sold on the MQL5 market. AlgoTradingSpace does not carry it, so we only describe it: design, cost, audience. We publish no grade, recommendation or live figures for this EA.
Strategy & risk
The trend-following approach sets the risk profile. The approach uses defined entries and exits; what matters is whether a real account confirms the backtest picture. What you buy is the vendor setting — a hard risk cap (parameters or an external drawdown guard) is on you to set.
Cost & usability
The EA costs $399.99. There is no calibration and no onboarding — risk cap, broker choice and setfile are on you.
Who it is (not) for
Suitable for traders who check live evidence themselves, run the EA with their own hard risk cap and budget it as *one* building block. Not suitable for small accounts without a buffer or for anyone who mistakes a smooth backtest curve for a guarantee.
How the strategy trades
A schematic simulation of the strategy type we assign The Last Broker EA to — not a replica of this EA and not real price data.
How it works
- Two moving averages show the direction: EMA 9 (fast) and EMA 21 (slow).
- While the fast one is above the slow one the EA is long; when it crosses below, it exits.
- Small false signals cost little – the one big trend brings the profit. If it never comes, the small losses pile up.
What we check
What we check on real trend EAs: how long sideways phases last, how deep the run of small losses in between gets – and whether the account can sit through it.
Demonstration values: a simulated EURUSD path with 0.10 lots and $10,000 starting capital, deliberately favourable – every basket and every trend works out here. Not a real trading strategy, not a backtest and not investment advice.
